A visionary and accomplished entrepreneur, the Honorable Jethro Muyombi founded ITEC SARLU with the ambition of creating a multi-sector group capable of transforming the economic landscape of the Democratic Republic of Congo. His leadership inspires a culture of excellence and innovation throughout the organization.
Under his direction, ITEC SARLU has expanded to cover five strategic sectors and extended its presence across the DRC. His long-term vision continues to guide the group's strategic decisions.

A developer and software architect, he is also the founder of Ngeni.AI, an agency specialized in AI automation, custom AI agent development, and AI solutions for education and training. He designs and oversees all digital solutions for the group, from network infrastructure to mobile applications.
